Initially opening as a takeaway in 1999, Frampton Balti has developed some of the richest ingredients you will ever try. With over 30 years experience in creating inspirational dishes, Parvez Rahman, has been at the heart of our success. Whilst growing up in London, Parvez, worked alongside his father and brother dedicating his life to reproducing the true Indian dishes we all love to eat. 10 years later, he moved to Bristol and worked in various top restaurants until re-joining his brother to become the head chef at the Frampton Balti. After its huge success and continued growth, the takeaway was expanded to a restaurant in 2008, and since then we have continued to strive forwards.
We have various exclusive dishes which have become local delicacies, including the mint rich Podhina and tamarind flavoured Achari. Our chefs can also reproduce some of your favourite dishes using duck or our famed Tandoori Machlee (salmon), bringing a fantastic twist on your dining experience. Frampton Balti can cater for all types of people with such a large selection of dishes to choose from our menu; there’s always something for everyone.
